Thank you for shopping with ArsePets (Animal Rehab Support Equipment). We know how important mobility equipment is to your pet’s comfort and well-being, and we work to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days. Free on orders over $99 AUD, or a flat rate of $9.95 for orders under $99.
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days. Available at checkout for an additional fee calculated by weight and destination.

International Shipping

We ship rehabilitation gear worldwide to help pets everywhere move with dignity. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your local customs and postal services. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey directly to your door.

Damages or Delivery Issues

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us immediately at lisanielsen955@gmail.com with your order number and photos so we can promptly resolve it.
